All down-loadable content provided by Hatsukoi-Scans are strictly for personal/promotional use only. By possessing such content, users/other individuals and groups/organizations must abide by the following conditions:

For Users/Other individuals:

Users/other individuals must not, under any circumstances;

1) Upload releases and other property of Hatsukoi-Scans into file-sharing sites or the like.

2) Provide direct links/mirrors to down-loadable material that is a property of Hatsukoi-Scans in public/personal websites and/or forums.

3) Keep downloaded releases on their system exceeding 24 hours after first obtaining them.

For Groups/Organizations:

Uploaders/Executives of a group/organization must under all circumstances;

1) Provide a written request by email should they wish their group/organization to host releases and other properties of Hatsukoi-Scans. Requests made in any other form or sent to any other location will not be processed.

2) Not provide direct links/mirrors to down-loadable material that is a property of Hatsukoi-Scans in their group/organization's website and/or forum.

Hosting of releases from Hatsukoi-Scans is strictly limited to the read-online option upon approval.
